The Business Alliance of Small Enterprises (BASE) is a Victorian coalition of citizens and small business owners united against government waste and rising taxes. BASE fosters civic spirit, Australian values, and community support, especially among business owners from diverse cultural backgrounds.Many of our members are first- or second-generation Australians running restaurants, shops, tutoring centres, and trades.
